Booth Information

Substitutions are not permitted. If you require alterations or additions please review the enclosed order forms. No credit or refund will be given for items not used.

Each 10' x 10' booth will be provided with:

  • 1 - 6' Black Draped Table
  • 1 - Wastebasket (No Porter Service) 
  • 1 - ID Sign
  • 1 10x10 Black Carpet (No Padding)
  • Pre-Show Vacuuming (March 15th Only)

Additional Advance Shipment Information

Shipments should arrive between Monday, February 2, 2026 and Thursday, March 5, 2026

Warehouse receiving hours 8AM-3PM, Monday-Friday, except holidays.

All shipments received outside these dates will be subject to a 25% late fee

Shipments that arrive at the warehouse after Thursday, March 5, 2026 cannot be guaranteed to arrive before show opening. Additional handling charges will be added for expedited trucking of late shipments.
