Substitutions are not permitted. If you require alterations or additions please review the enclosed order forms. No credit or refund will be given for items not used.
Each booth will be provided with:

  • 1 - 6' Black Draped Table
  • 2 - Chairs
  • 1 - 5 AMP Electrical Drop with MO Strip
  • 1 - Lead Scanner
  • Daily Vacuuming & Porter Services
  • Access to Event Wi-Fi

Shipments should arrive between Monday, August 18, 2025 and Wednesday, September 10, 2025

Warehouse receiving hours 8AM-3PM, Monday-Friday, except holidays.

All shipments received outside these dates will be subject to a 25% late fee

Shipments that arrive at the warehouse after Wednesday, September 10, 2025 cannot be guaranteed to arrive before show opening. Additional handling charges will be added for expedited trucking of late shipments.

Receiving only during exhibitor move-in hours

  Post-Show Shipping

Exhibitors may ship out via the onsite business center or have materials returned to the Czarnowski Advance Warehouse after the event. All shipments must be picked up from the warehouse between September 22–26, 2025. No carrier pickups will be available at the Sheraton; exhibitors must arrange pickup directly from the warehouse.
