We are excited you will be joining us at One System Meeting 2025!

Welcome to your one-stop shop for logistics related to your sampling space at OSM.

Booth Information

All sampling area activations need to be submitted to the OSM Core Team for approval no later than 3/28/25.
Each Sampling Area will include:

  • (1) 8' x 16' Illuminated Backwall 
  • (2) Counters (1 - Serving & 1 - Swag)
  • (1) 4' x 12' Double-Sided Branded Illuminated Tower
  • (4) Coke OSM Barrel Coolers
  • Napkins
  • Sampling Cups
  • Trash Cans/Recycling Bins

Please box up all remaining swag and product and label accordingly and enter any outbound shipping information into our OSM Tracker. 

  Shipping Information

Advance Shipments

All elements must be shipped in advance to the Czarnowski warehouse in order to be consolidated and distributed to your sampling space onsite.

Additional Advance Shipment Information

Shipments should arrive between Monday, March 24, 2025 and Friday, April 25, 2025

Warehouse receiving hours 8AM-3PM, Monday-Friday, except holidays.

Post Show Shipping

All materials that are packed and labeled for additional shipment will be returned to the Czarnowski Atlanta warehouse following the close of the event.

Please instruct your carrier to pick up Monday - Friday 8AM - 3PM at the address below between May 12th - May 17th. Don't forget to include your carrier details, tracking and delivery information in the OSM Tracker. 

Packing tape and shipping labels will be available onsite.

Materials not packed and labeled will be disposed of.

Coca-Cola Stakeholders are responsible for making arrangements with their carrier to pick up at the address below:
