Booth Information

Substitutions are not permitted. If you require alterations or additions please review the enclosed order forms. No credit or refund will be given for items not used.
Each Booth will be provided with:

Black Carpet (No Padding)
1 - wastebasket
Daily Cleaning/Vacuuming
Standard WiFi/Internet
- This supports light browsing & email only. Does NOT support Streaming or Gaming. If needed dedicated internet/wifi can be ordered

Booth design submission

Submit booth design for show management review/approval here. Submissions due no later than August 31, 2026.

Advance Freight Receiving Dates:: Monday, August 17, 2026 - Friday, September 18, 2026
Pre-Order Discount Deadline: Friday, August 28, 2026
Direct Shipment Receiving begins:: Friday, September 25, 2026
Last Day for Direct Shipments: Saturday, September 26, 2026
Deadline for Outbound Carriers to Check-In: 4:00 PM, Tuesday, September 29, 2026

Additional Advance Shipment Information

Shipments should arrive between Monday, August 17, 2026 and Friday, September 18, 2026

Warehouse receiving hours 8AM-3PM, Monday-Friday, except holidays.

All shipments received outside these dates will be subject to a 25% late fee

Shipments that arrive at the warehouse after Friday, September 18, 2026 cannot be guaranteed to arrive before show opening. Additional handling charges will be added for expedited trucking of late shipments.
